About Isabel

A therapist who truly listens

Isabel Simon is a clinical mental health counselor based in sunny California, with roots that stretch back to London. She comes from a lineage of female mental health professionals, carrying forward a family tradition of compassionate care and deep understanding of the human experience.

With a unique background in both art history and clinical mental health counseling, Isabel brings a creative, perceptive lens to her practice. She has experience working in eating disorder treatment at the PHP and IOP level, deepening her understanding of the connection between mind, body, and recovery. Her approach is warm and grounded, infused with appropriate humor that creates a space where clients feel genuinely at ease.

I believe in a holistic wellness model that addresses every dimension of who you are—physical, social, mental, and emotional—because healing happens when the whole person is seen.
